Package the item securely and ship using the provided label. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item:

  • Notify us immediately (within 1 working day of delivery)
  • Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item
  • We'll evaluate and resolve the issue within 7 working days
  • Replacement or refund will be provided at no additional cost to you

Note: Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 1 working day of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements, the following items cannot be returned:

  • E-Liquids and vape juice (opened or unopened)
  • Vape tanks, pods, and coils (once opened or used)
  • Drip tips and mouthpieces (hygiene items)
  • Batteries (once packaging is opened)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Sale items and clearance products
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Disposable vapes (once packaging is opened)

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want:

  1. Return your current item following the policy above
  2. Once approved and received, place a new order for the desired item
  3. We'll process your refund within 5-7 working days of receiving the return

Note: We process returns as refunds rather than direct exchanges. This ensures you receive the correct item quickly without waiting for the return to be processed first.

Ordered the Wrong Item?

If you've selected the incorrect product by mistake:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • The item must be returned in original, unused condition
  • We'll process the exchange once the item is received and inspected
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
