- Item must be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, and undamaged)
- Must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase
- Item must not fall under our non-returnable categories (see below)

Package the item securely and ship using the provided label. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item:
- Notify us immediately (within 1 working day of delivery)
- Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We'll evaluate and resolve the issue within 7 working days
- Replacement or refund will be provided at no additional cost to you
Note: Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 1 working day of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements, the following items cannot be returned:
- E-Liquids and vape juice (opened or unopened)
- Vape tanks, pods, and coils (once opened or used)
- Drip tips and mouthpieces (hygiene items)
- Batteries (once packaging is opened)
- Custom or personalised products
- Sale items and clearance products
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Disposable vapes (once packaging is opened)
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want:
- Return your current item following the policy above
- Once approved and received, place a new order for the desired item
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 working days of receiving the return
Note: We process returns as refunds rather than direct exchanges. This ensures you receive the correct item quickly without waiting for the return to be processed first.
Ordered the Wrong Item?
If you've selected the incorrect product by mistake:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- The item must be returned in original, unused condition
- We'll process the exchange once the item is received and inspected
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

BM6000 Setup
- Follow these simple steps to set up your BM6000 device:
- Push down and twist, to remove the cap from the 10 ml refill container.
- Pull and remove the rubber plug found within the main section of the BM6000 device.
- Position and slide the refill container into place, ensuring it is flush and fully installed within the device's body.
- Turn upside down and wait for approximately ten seconds.
- Inhale on the mouthpiece and enjoy!
- Note: Plug a Type-C compatible USB charging cable into the port on the device's side to charge the internal 650 mAh battery.

Recycling
The BM6000 Disposable Vape Kit is unique in that it features a design that allows for easy battery recycling. Simply press the corner where the battery is located to release it from the device. Take advantage of dedicated battery recycling bins at your local vape shop or supermarket.
