At Vapin Loud, we stand behind the quality of our products. This warranty policy explains your coverage options and the process for warranty claims during and after our 30-day support period.
Warranty Coverage Periods
0-30 Days
Vapin Loud Direct Support
During the first 30 days after purchase, we handle all warranty claims directly. Contact us immediately if you experience any issues with your product.
After 30 Days
Manufacturer Warranty
After 30 days, warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer. Most products carry a 3-12 month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.

After 30 days from your purchase date, all warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. We cannot process warranty claims after this period. Please keep your proof of purchase as manufacturers will require it for warranty service.
First 30 Days: Vapin Loud Warranty
What's Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Products that fail to function as intended under normal use
- Faulty components or parts
- Battery defects (excluding normal wear and degradation)
- Electronic failures not caused by misuse
What's NOT Covered:
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic damage)
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Water damage or liquid ingress
- Damage from using incorrect chargers or accessories
- Lost or stolen items
- Consumable items (coils, pods, e-liquids)
- Batteries older than 1 months or showing signs of physical damage
How to Make a Warranty Claim (0-30 Days)
Contact Us Immediately
Email sales@vapinloud.co.uk with your order number, product details, and description of the issue.
Provide Documentation
Include photos/videos of the issue, proof of purchase, and any relevant details about when the problem started.
Await Assessment
We'll review your claim within 2-3 working days and provide instructions for return or replacement.
Resolution
If approved, we'll provide a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the nature of the defect.

Warranty Exclusions
The following are NOT covered under any warranty (Vapin Loud or manufacturer):
❌ Consumables
Coils, pods, e-liquids, drip tips, and other consumable items
❌ Physical Damage
Drops, impacts, cracks, scratches, or cosmetic wear
❌ Liquid Damage
Water damage, e-liquid leakage into electronics
❌ Modifications
Unauthorised repairs, alterations, or custom modifications
❌ Misuse
Improper use, incorrect charging, or use with incompatible accessories
❌ Normal Wear
Battery degradation over time, fading colours, minor scratches
Battery Warranty Specific Terms
🔋 Battery Safety & Warranty
- Batteries must be less than 1 months old from purchase date
- Damaged battery wraps void warranty - rewrap immediately if damaged
- Batteries showing physical damage (dents, tears, swelling) are not covered
- Always use the correct charger and follow manufacturer charging guidelines
- Battery capacity naturally degrades over time - this is not a defect
- Store batteries in protective cases when not in use
Your Rights
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have statutory rights that are separate from this warranty:
- Products must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality
- You have the right to a repair or replacement if goods are faulty
- You may be entitled to a refund if repair or replacement is not possible
This warranty policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
