The Wenax Q vape device is easy to use. Simply insert a filled Geekvape Q pod, select a wattage based on the pod you’ve chosen, and inhale on the mouthpiece to vape. For peace of mind, the device can be locked by pressing the button five times. LED lights around the fire button will indicate your charge level, and the 1000mAh battery can be recharged quickly using a USB-C cable. On the side of the device you’ll find a toggle allowing you to select from three different airflow levels for a personalised vape experience. The front of the device sports a crisp HQ OLED display for all your important information.

Geekvape Q vape pods have a 2ml capacity and feature a top filling mechanism, which makes them convenient as you don’t need to remove the pod from the device to refill. Simply remove the top cap to access the fill port. The 0.6 Ohm pod works best between 18-25W, the 0.8 Ohm between 12-18W, and the 1.2 Ohm between 8-12W. We recommend pairing all three pods with 50% VG e-liquid, either freebase or nic salt.

We use Royal Mail recorded delivery for all of our UK deliveries and most of our orders are delivered within 1-3 days priority service, 95% of all packages arrive next day.

All Order are dispatch the same day Monday - Friday order cut-off for all delivery services is 5pm (UK time).

Orders placed after 5pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 5 business days).
