The VPrime pod kit is user-friendly and intuitive, with a straightforward process of filling the pod and inhaling through the mouthpiece or using the firing button. Thanks to Smart Mode, the device automatically detects the type of pod being used and adjusts the wattage accordingly, simplifying the vaping experience. The kit also allows control over airflow, allowing for a personalised inhalation sensation. Furthermore, the convenient full-screen interface displays battery levels, puff count, and other essential information.

Each kit comes with two top-fill VPrime pods, each with a 2ml e-liquid capacity and built-in mesh coils. The mesh design efficiently heats e-liquid, resulting in flavourful vape. When the coil begins to deteriorate, replace the entire pod with a new one. The pre-installed 0.2 Ohm pod produces more vapor for a traditional DTL vape, while the 0.4 Ohm option produces slightly less vapor for an RDTL inhale. Both pods are most effective when used with a 70% VG e-liquid.

We use Royal Mail recorded delivery for all of our UK deliveries and most of our orders are delivered within 1-3 days priority service, 95% of all packages arrive next day.

All Order are dispatch the same day Monday - Friday order cut-off for all delivery services is 5pm (UK time).

Orders placed after 5pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
