It was time for me to stop smoking for many reasons. Reading the reviews I thought this is the way using the right people. I did not want all the toxins in my body anymore (mortified knowing them) but know that nicotine is addictive. So starting off on the 20 nicotine strength and will drop down to the 10 and eventually stop. So I’m slowly weaning myself off the addiction of the nicotine and without the other toxins.
